Lapis Lazuli are a rare elite caste of Gems, and are the terraformers of Homeworld. Blue Gems like Lapis are known for being a little on the judgmental side, and are more introspective than most. Blue Gems are said to be made for diplomatic reasons.

While Lapis has improved her attitude immensely over the course of her stay on earth, she can still find herself falling back into old habits readily. She's prone to lashing out at others in anger, and can lose herself easily to it.

LAPIS CENTRIC POWERS

HYDROKINESIS Lapis can control all manner of liquids, though water is the main one. She can use it to slice through solid rock for terraforming, or even create water clones to fight for her that can match their opponents blow for blow. She can also freeze any water into sharp icicle spears for attacking purposes.
VOCAL MIMICRY Lapis can mimic other peoples voices if she so chooses. Mostly she uses this for shitposting.
FLIGHT By summoning water from her Gem, she can make wings and fly with them. And she can reach speeds of 300,000 times the speed of light, if she chooses.
MEMORY PROJECTION Lapis can project her memories onto any mirror-like surface near her, or summon water to project her memories onto that.

GEM ABILITIES

INCREASED DURABILITY Gems are resilient to all sorts of damage, and can take quite a beating before their form ends up destabilized.
GEM STRENGTH As Lapis' body is made of solid light, Lapis is capable of feats of strength that humans are incapable of.
SHAPESHIFTING: Lapis can shapeshift into anyone or anything, though it will always be blue and have her gem on her back.
FUSION Lapis can merge her being with another Gem's, but not humans.
BUBBLING Gems can form a "bubble" around a person or object, that when tapped, will be transported "home". This home is usually where the Gem themselves resides. Bubbles can be popped if one tries hard enough, and they can also be used as a sort of "protective" shield than can take the brunt of an attack or two before popping.
GEM STORAGE Lapis can place things within the Gem on her back. This also includes people surprisingly enough. Though she's never been shown to have anything other than water in it.

Weaknesses

PIERCING DAMAGE Will destabilize her physical form, causing her to poof.
Electricity Will destabilize her physical form, causing her to poof.
CORRUPTION Corruption is a tear in the mind of a Gem, rather than physical damage on their gemstone and as such is harder to heal than a cracked Gem. Corrupted Gems turn monstrous and feral, and behave much like wild animals.
STEVEN Lapis' moral compass. She'll do just about anything he asks her to.
